The Thunder continue to impress despite the absence of Serge Ibaka, who is listed as day-to-day. The Suns offered little resistance as KD and Russel Westbrook combined for 77 points. At this point it appears that Sam Presti was right to trade James Harden. This team has not missed a beat, remained financially profitable (a massive factor in his decision to trade the Beard), and remains in the elite-group of legitimate title contenders.  The dynamic duo of KD and RW continue to propel this juggernaut forward.

Chris Paul took the night off, Chauncey Billups is still a ways away from game action, but thankfully the Clippers have Eric Bledsoe and Jamal Crawford. In his first start of the season, Bledsoe played very well. He dished out 4 assists (no TOs), scored an efficient 14 points (4-9FGs, 6-9FTs), while only clocking 28 minutes of playing-time. The Clipper bench has been their strong suit throughout the season and it was key in their wire-to-wire victory of the Grizzlies.

The Jazz were able to fend off a furious comeback from the Heat and earn a tough W at home on monday night. The first three quarters simply did not go the Heat's way. They could not seem to get into a comfort zone, epitomized by Dwayne Wade's awkward confrontation with a fan sitting court-side. Once again, the Heat asked Lebron to do just a little too much as his supporting cast looked very average. Al Jefferson and Gordon Haywood led the way for the Jazz, collecting 23 and 22 points respectfully.
